By commissioning me, you are automatically accepting these rules

-General-
•Do not steal, copy, trace. or heavily reference any of my art
•You may not repost/upload my art to other websites unless it was commissioned by you, proper credit must be given and must not be used for commercial use!!
•Do not claim credit for my art or designs
•My art is made for personal use, please do not use them on items to sell or reproduce.
•I reserve the right to accept or deny commissions when they are ordered.

-Commissions-

•Do not claim credit for any of my art
•You can either pay full up front, or pay half and the other half when comm is complete.
•I don't do refunds for completed pieces
•process pictures will be provided upon request
•if you are unhappy with the comm or want something changed, please dm me! (But do not do this to try to get free art from me, you will be blacklisted if you do)
•Refunds will not be given fully if I have finished line art.

-Customs & Designs-

•Do not sell designs you get for free
•do not resell characters until 2 weeks after purchase if you choose to sell it
•do not sell for more than paid unless comes with more art, stories, etc.
•do not do major changes to the design w/o telling me first
•Optional, please notify me when you're giving the design away
•redesigns are half the price of the customs (ex. if you want a fullbody redesign of an already existing char, it would be half the price of a normal fullbody custom)
•Feel free to send mood boards or palettes/aesthetics for customs or redesigns
•process pictures are available upon request.

Refunds will be given if I cannot finish the piece (due to illness, time, unavailable tools, etc.)

If you are blacklisted, do not attempt to purchase designs from me or buy my designs from other members, or get commissions from me. And other members must not intentionally sell designs or get art for blacklisted members, this may result in an additional blacklist if it was intentional.
